2. Be on time.
Be on time, if you're not on time you are late.
If you have a meeting at 9.00 being on time means you're in at 8.45 at the latest .
If a sales person has a lead that told him to call back at 8.00 O'Clock, you're ready to call back at 7.45 and call at 8.00 no later.
3. Be Prepared.
You must be prepared for the average day, no point being on time and having an attitude if you're not prepared.
