US federal Debt 19.9 Trillion dollars

Of this enormous debt which currently stands at 19.9 trillion the US holds 64.8% of there sovereign debt, with the top 3 foreign nations to hold US debt being China (7.5%) 1.5 Trillion, Japan (6.5%) 1.3trillion and Ireland (1.35%) at 270 billion.

Is Ireland relay in 14th place?? 

In this extremely interesting article by Barbara Tasch, It shows Ireland as being 14th o the richest contraries list. But it is in GDP which does not tack into account reparation of wealth by businesses and individuals which use Ireland as a tax haven. Currently its is viewed that yearly repatriation stands at 18% (2014, Revenue).
So is Ireland relay 14th??

8 Great Working Habits

The 8 great working habits, have been adapted by many companies, especially sales and tech companies. But these habits are key to success in all aspects of life not just work. So what are these habits.

1. Have an Attitude:

Success is not all skill, success is 99% Attitude and 1% skill. Attitude is a mental muscle, which needs to be exercised to build and develop. How you develop your attitude, you adopt a can-do Attitude. If you think like a winner, you are one. To protect your attitude, you must accept that you will receive rejection, tack it in pride you will run into many negatives in life.

Just don't let the uncontrollable control you.

2. Be on Time:

Punctuality is key to time management, Be early to meetings, school, collage and work. Being early is being on time, this gives you a head start in your day.

3. Be Prepared:

In business, especially there is no room for error, always be prepared.

For every possible problem, prepare a solution.

4. Work a full day:

Comment 100% of your energy to achieving your goals, no matter what challenges you face in achieving the goals. Focus on every task at hand, work on the goal until succeeded in that goal.

5. Work your field correctly:

If you're a doctor you are expected to know how to diagnose your patient. Then why soundent you? You must know your field inside-out. a doctor that knows how to diagnose has a higher law of averages in saving people then one that does not know.

6. Protect Attitude:

How to protect your attitude, is to realise you will lose your attitude during the day. Protecting your attitude is not attempting to not lose it, but releasing you will and finding a way to get it back as soon as possible.

7. Understand your reason why:

It is important for you to understand the reason you do what you do. If you're a leader of a team, and you don’t know your reason why you do things. how could you expect others to know and follow you. This is a key habit for entrepreneurs looking for investment and growing the business. If you understand your reason why, you have a vision and a mission you're on the path to success.

8. Take control:

You must have control of every aspect of life, do not what for success to come it wont, take control and work towards success.

2. Be on time. 

Be on time, if you're not on time you are late.

If you have a meeting at 9.00 being on time means you're in at 8.45 at the latest.

If a sales person has a lead that told him to call back at 8.00 O'Clock, you're ready to call back at 7.45 and call at 8.00 no later.

3. Be Prepared.

You must be prepared for the average day, no point being on time and having an attitude if you're not prepared.
